• Booking

• Arrival

  • On the scheduled day, we will arrive at the agreed time.

  • If we are running late for any reason, we will contact you promptly with an updated arrival time.

• Preparation

  • Please ensure the work area is clear before we arrive so we can begin immediately.

  • If work is in a wet area (bathroom, shower, kitchen sink, etc.), try to keep it dry to avoid delays and ensure the best finish for sealants or paint.

• Materials

  • We use only the highest quality fixings and materials for your project.

  • All necessary supplies will be brought with us on the day.

  • You will only be charged for what is used, and the cost will be added to your invoice.

• Completion & Payment

  • Once the work is complete and you are satisfied, you’ll receive your invoice.

  • Payment is requested on the same day as completion.
